Recodi has been operating for over 50 years in the industrial flooring market, basing its work on the values of innovation and quality in which the owners Luciano Magni, Gianluigi Torri and Paolo Torri – Recodi – I Pavimenti Industriali.

From 2014 to 2018 we had strong growth, which gave rise to the need for an evolution of organizational structure and business skills.

To undertake this process, Recodi used the company SmartValue Management Consulting in the person of Dr. Tiberio Tesi, who together with the general management has set a new organizational model and development plan for the two years 2020-2021.

The new organisational structure is headed by the new general manager Paolo Torri, supported by the new management team composed of the managers of the different business areas: Administration (Michela Torri), Marketing (Moira Torri), Technical (Alessandro Sabbadini), commercial (Marco Pighizzini) and Management Control (Cecilia Magni).

2020 is therefore a new beginning for Recodi full of good intentions.
