He started his career with Hewlett Packard as Operation Manager before joining Compaq Computer as HR Manage
He later moved to SAP as HR Director Italy taking on increasing responsibilities until he became VP Europe Human Resources After this experience he was made head of SAP Global Shared Services organisation SAP AG.
Later He joined SAS Institute as Chief Operating Officer for the Eastern Europe Region and in 2016 he became General Manager of Confindustria Bergamo.
Throughout his career Tiberio Tesi has developed General Management and Business Operational skills.
His areas of expertise are in Governance redesign, Business Planning, Executive Leadership coaching, Human Resources, People Management in different stages of an entity’s lifecycle from start-up through the growth phase to charter changes and downsizing.
He also developed US, German, Asian work cultures.
Tiberio got a degree in Political Science and holds a Master in Business Administration.

Alberto Cavadini was born in Bergamo in 1969 .
After a degree in Business & Economics in 1997, he had a long experience as an employee as finance controller in several modernly organized medium-sized companies.
The focus was the development of management control tools: the costs analysis and the budget system. He is experienced in a number of areas but focused on innovation and transformation projects in PMI with the logic of analysis for activities and processes and the transversal vision.
In 2010 he began the consultancy activity with managerial consultancy companies and with a private and public network. He has collaborated with leading industrial groups, pursuing projects in business transformation, development and consolidation, processes streamlining,
planning and controlling of their IT systems.
In 2018, along with other three partners, he joined SmartValue Management Consulting being in place as senior Partner for the financial and controlling area since the beginning.
His mission is to transfer and apply the principles of financial control to companies through the application of highly sophisticated tailor made solutions. He is passionate about technology and new businesses. In financial decisions he considers essential to combine the “change of paradigms” perspective with perseverance in pursuing and executing change.
Twenty years’ experience in the IT sector and Consulting Services at International and Country level in Multinational Company (Fortune Global Top 50) covering Managerial role. Designed and Managed Strategic programs, in the Commercial and Manufacturing business sectors, managing cross Functional and Multi Country Team, with significant results in terms of Business outcome, Value Selling approach, and High-level Transformation program. In these Business scenario I have managed also all the related HR programs in terms of Training, Competence and Skill development, Mind-set, Culture and Change Management.
